Shorts waist bigger

Hi there , actually i buy two shorts and i ordered 30 inches waist but when i try this shorts its bit loose and there are no size guidance proper . How can i replace that shorts ?

Dragon Hearted Blue (Size 30 = 17 inches)

Fit my short height of 1.68m and a 31 inches waist. The length ends slightly above the knee which is what I wanted; also this fabric is soft and light too. I will be using it as a casual wear to both my local and Thailand beaches. Hope FIED introduce more of these Pro Fit V5 16 inches (size 30 = 17 inches) shorts.
