Exchange or refund requests must be submitted through our official contact channels within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted or processed.
Please do not return any products without prior approval.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected or returned to the sender.

Our operating hours are weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (KST / EST 8:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.).
We are closed on weekends and Korean national holidays.
Once an order has been shipped, all shipping costs related to exchanges or refunds are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or contaminated with odors, perfume, deodorant, tanning products, competition use, or any other signs of use are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Items returned without original tags or not in their original condition may be rejected.
FIED reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds if returned items do not meet our return policy conditions.
