The size chart referenced waist size in inches and I typically wear a 29" competition short so I ordered the #28 which clearly stated 30 inch waist and I couldn't get them up over my quads! Then I read the return policy and since I'm in the US I had a $60 shipping fee and $60 restocking fee. I paid $150 for 2 pair so I wasn't going to spend almost as much to try and get shorts that fit. I went back to Alphalete and ordered the size I wear and will stick with a US based company as the asian companies sizes are several sizes smaller than the US. Which makes it hard to match up

I ordered the shorts and prior to doing so I referenced the sizing guide to ensure I got the right size. When I received them, they looked exactly as shown on the website, unfortunately, I didn't realize the shorts were coming from Asia, where the sizes tend to be on the smaller side. Make sure you go up one size just to be safe. As of now, they don't fit, but my hope is that as I get closer to the competition, I'll be able to wear them.

Although there is a return option, the shipping and re-stocking fee doesn't make it worthwhile to do so.

Was not sure if the size was right but very happy that it turned out to be great and very pleased with the pattern and how it looks.
