How to use

- Apply 2-3 times the night before the competition.
- Use a sponge to apply on the body.
- When dry, wear oversized clothes to sleep.
- Apply again after 12 hours if you want a darker color.
- Can be used from 1-3 days before use, and there is a risk of smudging when used in liquid form on the same day.< /div>
